Mouse movements, clicks and scrolling appear in the agent's View page activity, not in Webhook activity below. To match the visitor in your inbox, send a message from the live chat widget. The lifecycle buttons below create a separate test visitor.
2 · Point a webhook here
In Arbol, open Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, add an endpoint with
this URL, and enable events like message.created. Deliveries land in the
activity panel below.
3 · Run the lifecycle
Drive a full round-trip and watch the webhooks fly in. The live widget also loads bottom-right — or script it with these.
